The Client
BEL KAZAN is a kind clothing brand that serves as a genuine example of what it means to be committed to giving back to the culture that inspired it in a socially conscious and environmentally responsible way. Designer Belinda Kazanci crafted the apparel line after a life changing trip to Bali. She wanted to incorporate Balinese culture into textiles that exposed western buyers to traditional Indonesian heritage. Her vision created wearable art that is classic, timeless, and authentic.
The Work
BEL KAZAN always had an amazing potential for growth; our focus was expansion, refinement, and maintenance. We decided to use Omnisend for our platform and started by setting up automated workflows. Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Birthday Promo and Customer Reactivation are a few of the automations we implemented to reintroduce the brand to the email space and to incentivize current, dormant and disengaged customers. Additionally, frequent A/B testing and monthly analytic reports allowed us to test different ways to expand BEL KAZAN’s growth, which attributed to BEL KAZAN’s 15% monthly increase in average sales and and a 182% overall increase in sales over the course of two years.
