The Client
Dusted is a fragrance created by Victorine Deych, a terpene expert with a passion for creating high-quality, natural fragrances that showcase the diverse properties of terpenes. Victorine's expertise and dedication to her craft have earned her a loyal following in the terpene community, but she wanted to take her business to the next level by establishing herself as a thought leader in the industry through digital marketing strategies.
The Work
I started by evaluating all of Victorine's social channels and identifying areas for improvement. It was important that we created continuity between Victorine’s channels and Dusted’s channels but still maintain their own aesthetics. Our focus was on educational content surrounding terpenes, and we gradually expanded into video content to engage her audience further.
In addition to social media, we also built out Dusted's email marketing strategy with Omnisend. We set up sales automations, including welcome series, abandoned cart, and abandoned browser sequences, to increase conversions and drive customer engagement. We designed branded email templates that reflected the unique personality of the Dusted brand and provided a cohesive experience for subscribers.
Finally, I provided direction in redesigning Victorine's Shopify website to better express her brand story. I worked closely with Victorine and her web developer to ensure that the website accurately reflected her expertise, passion, and commitment to quality. By optimizing the website's design and functionality, we created a more seamless and enjoyable user experience for her customers.
Overall, our digital marketing strategies helped Victorine achieve her goal of positioning herself as a thought leader in the terpene space. Through our work on social media, email marketing, and web design, we helped her build a loyal following and establish Dusted Fragrance as a leading brand in the industry.
